Grown at high altitudes (1300–1500 meters) in rich volcanic loam soil, this coffee brings out a vibrant tasting profile of dried orange, ripe berries, and smooth chocolate.

Our beans—Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties—are fully washed and sun-dried in solar dryers to preserve their purity and protect against unpredictable rain. The result is a clean, crisp cup that’s as rich in story as it is in flavor.
